⏳ Order Cancellation Policy
Any order changes or cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, your order may have already entered processing, and we may be unable to modify or cancel it. If your order is successfully canceled within the 24-hour period, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, and any return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or we sent you the wrong item.
📦 Damaged or Defective Items
All products are carefully inspected and packaged before shipment. An item is considered damaged or defective when it has a clear physical defect, malfunction, or breakage that affects its normal use.
Minor cosmetic damage to the shipping packaging, such as a dented or creased box, is not considered product damage when the item inside remains intact and fully functional.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@fluffymart.co within 72 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos showing the damage and packaging.
After reviewing your claim, we will determine whether the item qualifies for a replacement or another appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidental damage, neglect, or failure to follow the product instructions.
🚚 Shipping and Delivery
We work to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible. However, estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed, and delays may occur due to shipping carriers, customs inspections, severe weather, high seasonal demand, incorrect address information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
For delivery updates, please first check the tracking information provided with your order. When required, you may also need to contact the shipping carrier directly to open a delivery investigation.
FluffyMart is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen. However, our customer support team will make reasonable efforts to help you review the tracking information and determine the appropriate next steps.
📍 Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order.
If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will make every reasonable effort to update the address, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered processing or has been shipped.
FluffyMart is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly because the customer provided an inaccurate or incomplete address. In these circumstances, we cannot guarantee a refund or free replacement shipment.
If a package is returned to us and can be reshipped, the customer may be responsible for the additional shipping cost.
